- $200 - Intake Session
- $150 - Therapy Session
- $230 - Crisis Therapy Session
- $500 - Psychological Evaluation
- $50 - per person per Group Session
Payment for services rendered is due at time of service. This includes copays and/or insurance deductible/patient portion deposits, and any balance owed.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We accpet all insurances except Medicaid and Medicare. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:
- Do I have mental health or behavioral health insurance benefits?
- Do I need a referral or pre-approval?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Regardless of insurance coverage, the client is always responsible for their fee.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
