Fees & Insurance

Rates

  • $200 - Intake Session
  • $150 - Therapy Session
  • $230 - Crisis Therapy Session
  • $500 - Psychological Evaluation
  • $50 - per person per Group Session

Payment for services rendered is due at time of service. This includes copays and/or insurance deductible/patient portion deposits, and any balance owed.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We accpet all insurances except Medicaid and Medicare. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:

  • Do I have mental health or behavioral health insurance benefits?
  • Do I need a referral or pre-approval?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Regardless of insurance coverage, the client is always responsible for their fee.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, a fee of $75 will be charged.
